Job description

El Dorado News-Times seeks a motivated and dependable Circulation Sales Representative to join the Circulation Department. This full-time safety-sensitive position makes outbound Telemarketing calls to new and previous subscribers based on the appropriate script, sets appointments for customers for iPad-related issues, and enters and updates data into billing systems and Google Sheet Calendars. This position also interacts with local community members and civic organizations through events and kiosk opportunities, promotes El Dorado News-Times brand to customer acquisition and awareness, and performs other duties as assigned.

Salary

$22,800 plus a lucrative commission plan.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· No specific experience required, data entry experience is preferred.

· Call center knowledge and experience a plus.
