We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in project management or sales management within our field for our Sales Manager position. We are a growing storm restoration group looking for the right professional, with the right attitude, and the ability to lead. This individual must be organized, with great communication skills, and a passion to succeed. This opportunity will support our Brandon, FL location and surrounding areas.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the corporate recruiting manager to build a team and training sales reps.
• Run appointments, inspections, follow up calls, builds, and collections for clients.
• Report weekly to General Manager, Financial Coordinator, and office manager for team performance updates.
• Track Project Sales Representative and report goals, progress toward goals.
• Assist Project managers as needed (training, guiding, supporting your staff as needed).
• Assist with procuring sub contractors to assist with trades and completion of assignments and projects.
• Quality control.

• Handle client issues as they arise.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 + commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
