Role Title: Sales Manager Fixed
Band: F
Location: Germany (DUS); Home Office
Role Purpose:
The Sales Manager Fixed is responsible for leading a fixed account team of typically 10 - 12 Fixed Account Manager (FAM) and Fixed Account Manager Data (FAM Data). In his role, the Sales Manager Fixed ensures revenue and TCV targets are met through selling into account decision makers of all allocated accounts on worldwide scale. Further measures of success are to support customer owing teams for fixed net projects (locally & globally) and to coordinate customer activities between FAMs and NAMs
With us you will:
Ensures delivery of all local and global financial sales targets of fixed team including revenue, market share and net margin contribution while keeping operational expenses of team to budgeted levels- Wins and retains large and/or complex accounts as well as develops and maintains strategic relationships
- Utilizes internal network to support FAMs/FAMs Data to ensure effective problem resolution and process alignment
- Guarantees team compliance with sales methods and tools (particularly SFDC) to ensure alignment with other functions
- Continuously coaches all team members and ensures that appropriate additional training is provided, completed and applied in daily business operations
- Drives good team spirit within the sales team
- Provides necessary management reporting on all KPIs
- Drives performance management in order to increase qualitative and personal skills of all team members

Ability to think strategically and address the global footprint of VGE- Ability to translate customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant VGE propositions
- Demonstrated success in relationship management, ability to manage the collaboration between account owing and project teams as well as excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to deal with rapidly changing environment and lead change where necessary
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive various workstreams in parallel
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Preferably a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Management- 7+ years experience in Key Account Management as well as 3+ years experience in people management and leadership in a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (negotiation level)
- Extensive knowledge of IT&T industry as well as Vodafone’s fixed products and services (based on agreed product matrix) and their value to customers
