YOUR ROLE

• Manage our Cleaners & Lubricants business in DE/CH/BeNeLux
  
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales engineers
• Driving the execution of sales strategy and develop action plans to meet sales targets
• Actively manage implementation of price strategy in the region
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory
• Drive implementation of key strategic initiatives in your sales area
  
• Manage relationships and plan with distribution partners, monitor their financial performance

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master in (Chemical) engineering or in business with good technical understanding
  
• At least 7 years of work experience in Sales and industry knowledge in automotive sector; preferable background in cleaners & lubricants or surface treatment
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit; excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
