Sales Manager (Ohio)
KOREAN REQUIRED: Verbally and written
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their
needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Qualifications:
Experience selling to the multifamily industry preferred
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environment (Entry level
not accepted)
Drive and ambition with a proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to gain conviction and leverage relationships through persuasiveness, negotiation, and influence at all
levels of an organization
Consultative problem-solving skills
Highly effective oral and written communication skills
Time management, including organizing & planning skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Commitment to continuous learning
Location:
Work From Home (BUT needs to reside in close proximity to Lordstown, OH)
One Month Training Period at our Enchem Georgia Factory (Housing, Meals, Rides Provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
