Job description
Sub-Zero Group Southwest, a distributor of high end luxury appliances based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our Southwest sales team.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Traveling throughout the market with Territory Sales Managers, helping with the development of our Dealer base
- Troubleshooting and assisting Dealer principals with overall sales goals and performance
- Administrative responsibilities, including sales reports, programs, etc.
- Implementing Dealer Displays and SPIFFS, etc.
- Management of local sales team, including performance management and employee development responsibilities
Experience
Preferred- Experience in the appliance industry is desired but not required
- P & L knowledge and accountability
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage people and budgets
- 5 plus years of experience in a sales management role
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Business or related field
