JOB PURPOSE
The sales manager takes care of Sony´s direct customers in Europe. In this role, you will actively promote Sony Semiconductor products from various portfolio in the goal of growing the sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support direct customers with ongoing projects and daily business

Understand and navigate the customers buying and development processes

Organize roadmap and technology discussions with Field Application Engineer and Customers

Align the promotion strategy with product marketing members

Ensure the design win and sales revenue according the MRP & budget

Negotiate yearly prices and legal contracts with customers

Enter and analyse the budget and forecast on the monthly basis

Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers

Work closely with internal departments like marketing, logistics and planning to ensure business flow
Qualifications / Professional experience

Relevant experience working with customers on the commercial side in B2B ideally within the semiconductor business

Excellent communication, planning and negotiation skills

Good at analysing numbers and are familiar with Excel

Fluent in English and German
