Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Fairfax and seek a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:

The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking
• Membership and retail sales
• Manage staff schedule
• Train and supervise Sales Representatives
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional level of customer service members and prospects in-person, by phone, and by email
• Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
• Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
• Drive and retain retail and membership sales
• Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers
• Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible
• Collaborate with owner to execute light operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and organizing events
• Potential for results-based extra income if able to take on digital marketing

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of sales experience, fitness industry preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
• Organized with ability multi-task and follow-through
• Previous management, supervisory, or training experience
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

Candidate must be in-studio for a minimum of 1 weekend day and 1 evening per week for Foundations classes. Other hours will be mostly daytime with flexibility to handle some duties remotely. 20 - 30 hours per week to start. Room for growth to a full time position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
