MAJOR ROLES FOR THE SALES MANAGER:

· Lead, manage and hold accountable PDQ Restoration’s sales team

o LMA = lead, manage and hold accountable yourself as well as those who work underneath you to ensure all measurables are being met with the best quality work product.

o Meet weekly with direct reports to discuss measurables at L10 meeting.

o Administrating performance reviews as outlined by HR.

o As a member of our leadership team, answering the after hours emergency telephone line on a rotating basis is expected.

· Overall company revenue

o Responsible to have sales team hit overall monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals while staying within their allocated budget.

· Provide sales coaching and training to direct reports

o Train responsible employees on how best to answer the phone and take in a lead.

o Train salespeople/closers on best practices on how to close a sale based on PDQ's 4 uniques.

o Perform ride alongs with salespeople.

o Have weekly meetings with each sales team member to hold them accountable to their measurables.

· Responsible for the conversion of leads

o Responsible for helping sales team hit desired closing ratios while following PDQs proven sales process. This may involve going with a salesperson/closer to help close difficult sales.

o 24/7 availability for closing assistance.

· High level networking

o Networking when appropriate to events/meetings to help increase overall sales.
Ex. Chamber of Commerce, Firemen dances, ...

· Temporarily fill the insurance referral salesperson seat

o Learn and implement our unique Insurance Sales Strategy from our expert sales consultant

o Build and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners in the community

o Deliver outstanding service and support with homeowners

o Keep meticulous records of activities and interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exudes our core values: confident, hardworking with a sense of urgency, always has PDQ’s back, caring, collaborative, and cheerful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have: a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to pass a drug screen test and a background check
  • At least 3 years of proven sales skills in outbound cold calling or telemarking, property management, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, insurance, mortgage or real estate preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of sales management experience
  • Strong negotiation, verbal and communication skills
  • Driven to succeed as a tenacious, high-energy, self-starter
  • Detailed oriented, self-directed with strong analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative position: much time is spent working and managing others/holding the team accountable. A team player.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as PipeDrive, HubSpot or SalesForce
  • Ability to travel locally to client locations

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Reports directly to our General Manager
  • A growing team of direct reports underneath this position

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Split between an office setting and local travel in New Jersey

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Depending on experience, a base salary of $100k with up to $100K additional as determined by individual sales and company revenue for a total on-target earnings of $200K.
