Corporate Customers Sales Manager
Oracle Hospitality – Central Europe (DACH)
Oracle Hospitality are searching for a talented Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers within the Corporate Customer Sales Team. The team comprises of 4 ASR’s looking after ~20 Corporate Customers in DACH.
The candidate must have strong communication and relationship skills at C-Level and be a highly motivated individual who can adapt to fast changing situations and lead by example.
Ideally a background in selling technology software products (SaaS) and related services such as hardware and consulting. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets. Have a background in selling IT into one of the following sectors: Food and Beverage, Hospitality or Retail.
Strong business development professional who is skilled in Sales, Negotiation, Coaching and Account Engagement. The candidate should also have had training on Account Planning.
Current or Previous experience in a managerial role is a must.
Primary job duty is to assist and guide the Account team to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and assisting in closing complex deals. Manages the Account Team to ensure that the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support is per Oracle Standards. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgement. Ability to forecast, manage sales team expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business.
Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors.
Travel may be needed.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Oracle policies, procedures, products and sales cycle. Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs. Understands business drivers and their relationship to Oracle products. Proven ability to develop prospect pipeline. Excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, qualify, position, justify, and close. Prior successful sales record and a desire to succeed. Five plus years sales experience. BS degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
