Sales Engineer- Italian

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
• Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Guiding our customers through the implementation of the NinjaRMM solution
• Working closely with our account management department
• Actively participate in the design of our consulting processes
• Fluency in technical troubleshooting a plus

Location- Berlin, Germany

Requirements:

• 
  Excellent oral and verbal communication skills are a must
• Full professional proficiency in English and Italian
• Additional languages are a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years prior experience in a customer service/support-related position
• Proficient in Windows (Windows registry, services, etc), working knowledge of macOS, and a general understanding of Linux distributions a plus
• Previous experience with Zendesk a plus
• Able to exercise good judgment of priority based on customer impact
• Adaptable to new technologies and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills so as to be able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Understanding of any virtualization platform, basic networking
• Previous experience with RMM software is helpful, but not required
• A good sense of humor

  You have experience in technical sales of IT products
• You are self-motivated and enjoy finding solutions for customers
• You excel in all forms of communication
• You are able to exercise good judgment and prioritization based on the impact on the customer
• You are a quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and processes
• You have exceptional interpersonal and teaming skills
• You have a thorough understanding of any virtualization platform and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships virtually
• You are professionally proficient in Italian
• You speak additional languages (preferred)
• You have previous experience with RMM software (preferred)
• You have experience in technical troubleshooting (preferred)
• You are proficient in Windows (Windows registry, services, etc.), have working knowledge of macOS, and a general understanding of Linux distributions (preferred)
• You have technical support experience (preferred)
• You have previous experience with Zendesk (preferred)
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or have equivalent work experience
• You have at least 2 years prior experience in a customer service/support-related position
