As a Financial Sales Consultant, you will work with business clients to offer the latest, state-of-the-art fintech solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work with small to mid-sized businesses to create custom solutions that meet their unique needs.

Some of what you will be doing includes:

Sales - prospecting through lead generating activities with small business owners and referral partners.

Exciting & Fast Paced Environment - This role will be out in the field speaking to potential and current customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess customers business issues and identify products/services that best meet their needs.
  • Prospect and close new merchant accounts.
  • Provide after-sales service for the duration of a merchant relationship.
  • Respond to all sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Overcome customer objections, issues, or concerns as necessary.
  • Continually learn aspects of our products, programs, and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a quota-driven sales environments.
  • Technology or financial services sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms or similar.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to function well in entrepreneurial-style environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, G-Suites, or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales experience or similar.

Compensation & Perks:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
