Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Deliver full presentation according to the sales process of ALCO Windows and Doors 2-3 times per work day
• Estimate job scope, performing exterior and interior inspections of the home
• Must be able to carry a 40 pound sample window in and out of the home
• Collect all required signatures for every project, including customer initials on each page and full signatures where appropriate.
• Utilize the software programs provided by ALCO to generate estimates, contracts and run credit
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications for Sales Consultant:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and improve
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow a proven system and presentation
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Compensation for Sales Consultant:

• Based upon performance, the potential earning ranges from $100k-$250k+ annually.
