Essential Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and communicating with guests to identify their automotive needs;
  • Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing all Internet sales leads;
  • Monitors incoming email traffic and internet inquiries;
  • Develops guest prospecting file upon receipt of a lead;
  • Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to guests within department guidelines;
  • Schedules sales appointments and pairs guests with Sales Consultants if necessary;
  • Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database;
  • Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translates their benefits to guests;
  • Direct guests to product information resources;
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores, gross averages and monthly unit counts;
  • Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;
  • Research available vehicles and relevant products;
  • Learn, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Business Development Center experience is preferred;
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;
  • Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Possess outstanding negotiation skills;
  • Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
  • Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work on Saturday and Sunday
