Job Title: Sales Associate
Exciting full-time position available for a SALES ASSOCIATE with Redefine Wellness, a virtual intuitive eating coaching platform, based in New York City, focused on clients looking to rediscover the joy of food, and learn about intuitive eating. The ideal candidate should be: knowledgeable in Intuitive Eating, the All Foods Fit approach, and subscribes to HAES (Health at Every Size).
The Position
The Sales Associate is often the first to introduce the organization to potential clients and clinicians. Redefine Wellness’ values and mission plays an integral role in the marketing of our services to the outside world. The Sales Associate’s work contributes to the organization’s image as a leading anti-diet online platform.
You will develop and maintain relationships with various healthcare professionals. Plan,
produce and present in-service workshops and seminars to clinical and insurance professionals.
Continue to grow the Redefine Wellness referral base.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Initial Intake assessment.
- Follow up on inquiries, incoming calls, Acuities, and emails from clients and provide them with information about our programs, groups, individual services, webinars, and free support groups as needed.
- Input client information into a database, and active campaign, and ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist Admission Director and admissions team with projects as needed.
- Second staff Free Support Group and webinars as needed.
- Conduct meal supports.
- Conduct Pre-Admissions Consults.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Passionate about eating disorders prevention and intervention
- Contact various hospitals and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to network with all levels of management and healthcare professionals
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
- Dynamic, flexible, team player, takes the initiative
- Eager to grow with a quickly expanding company
