Our client is a well established retailer with 11 stores in the greater Boston area. They are looking for a full time Sales Associate to work in either their Newton or Needham Heights locations. This would require a minimum of 32 hours a week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

A background in art, photography, woodworking or framing would be a plus. Previous experience in picture framing is a plus but not required. You must be comfortable assembling frames and delivering a great customer experience.

Responsible for engaging with customers to assess their picture framing needs. This position will be responsible from sale to finished product ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Experience in retail sales in a customer facing environment is required. Retail, restaurant, hospitality or other similar experience will be considered. Providing detail oriented and caring service is their priority!

Having an eye for color, artwork or similar skill would be highly desired.

Training will be provided. Strong opportunity to grow within the company.

Compensation in the $16-$17 hour range depending on experience.
