Hollie Ray Boutique is looking for Stylists (sales associates) to join our motivated team who are passionate about helping our customers feel beautiful and find all their fashion needs! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, inspired to help others, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash, store credit, and/or credit cards.
• Uses judgment to solve customer problems.
• Communicates and maintains scheduling commitments.
• Maintains merchandise and store cleanliness.
• Performs opening/closing tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Able to problem solve quickly.
• Honest and dependable.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a faced-paced environment.
