Our company is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the products or services they need. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Provide information about products or services and answer customer questions
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs
• Process transactions and handle customer complaints
• Meet sales goals and targets

Requirements (good to have):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred but not a deal breaker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
