We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring that the retailer remains clean and organized. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
• Identify and recommend products that meet the customer's needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Process customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep the retailer clean and organized at all times
• Participate in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• Assist with merchandising and product displays
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Attend training and development sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
