Currently we are looking for a Sales Admin to join our growing corporate team. The Sales Admin will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls while providing support for our Construction and Sales teams. This position is a very important role with the opportunity for growth into other areas of our expanding company.

Duties/Responsibilities:*

  • Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of administrative and sales staff, assigning responsibilities to ensure efficient administrative operations.
  • Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Prepares agendas, and maintains calendars for Upper Management.
  • Reconciles, packages, and delivers payment deposits from customers to the bank
  • Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Maintains office supply inventory.
  • Maintains records, documentation, and files
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Experiencing obtaining permits is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Pay: $44,000 - $46,000
