Supporting our members at a ‘concierge’ level of service. You will build direct relationships with our members - helping them navigate Bluebook’s solution to obtain high value healthcare. This role will include direct member support and resolution of inbound inquiries from users of our product, always advocating in the best interest of the member. This is a fast-paced role, requiring a high level of empathy and resourcefulness to provide an exemplary member experience. You will be a part of a rapidly growing team and as such, you will have the opportunity to propose new approaches to problems and contribute to an innovative team environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a ‘Bluebook Pharmacy Concierge’ by assisting members who are seeking help lowering their family’s healthcare expense
  • Document and manage patient interactions
  • Respond to inbound member inquiries regarding our solution and place outbound calls to members as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of and abides by applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Support our Member Concierge and Provider Operations teams as needed
  • Contribute your unique ideas and perspective and propose new approaches to problems
  • Help build a creative, efficient, and fun team environment


Work Experience and Background:

  • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification in good standing required (PTCB or ExCPT)
  • 2+ years experience as a Pharmacy Technician required
  • Education: Some college preferred
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Off-the-charts communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience to assist and understand members
  • Willingness to adapt to change in a growing company
  • Well organized and polite
  • Eagerness to tackle new situations and problems


Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare experience or background
  • Previous roles in Member Services or a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
