DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

This Project Manager position plays a role in the success of the Dynamic Roofing family, including

• Directly overseeing crews and job sites and ensuring best practices are being adhered to and safety and project cleanliness is held to the highest standard
• Maintain all quality standards for installation and ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all parties (employees, sub-contractors, and customers)
• Keep courteous and professional communications with homeowners about the status and scheduling of their projects
• Review job specifications, budget, work orders, etc to ensure all materials and tools are prepared and available onsite prior to each project commencing
• Manage projects and ensure that work is being completed to Dynamic Roofing Standards
• Be a brand ambassador protecting the Dynamic Roofing reputation and brand image
• Utilize our customer relationship software for all data entry, communication, scheduling, and proposals
• Coordinate internally with project estimators, sales staff, and work crews to ensure accountability and project completeness
• Conduct site visits to several jobs throughout the day as needed
• Responsible for kicking off new jobs and ensuring clear and concise direction to all crews
• Provide all materials to job sites throughout day as needed for the installation
• Attend company meetings, training & development workshops, and team-building events as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge of company and manufacturer installed specifications
• Monitor & reduce waste of both materials & crew productivity

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Microsoft Office and Estimation Software (ie. Acculynx, Xactimate)
• Understanding of Customer Resource Management Systems
• 5 years in exterior renovation process (ie. Roofing, siding, windows, doors) preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Initiative and drive to execute goals
• Proficiency with office and field staff

JOB TYPE:

• In person
• Full-time (40 hours a week minimum)
• Weekend availability as needed
• Outdoor Duties in all Environments (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability to carry, safely set up, and climb up to a 40' ladder, lift shingles (80 lbs), and other occupationally demanding tasks.

COMPENSATION:

• $45,000 - $55,000 per year
• Quarterly bonuses
• Company paid time off

• Monday to Friday
