AAA, the nations oldest & largest road service provider, is seeking a Light Service Roadside Assistance Driver that will service our members in State College!

You will NOT have to tow a vehicle!

Your Primary Responsibility will be to provide emergency roadside assistance to our members for Light Service
Only which includes:
- Fuel Delivery; If a member runs out of fuel you will provide enough to restart & reach a service station
- Lock Outs; You will be trained to gain entry to the member's vehicle without the key (if possible)
- Spare tire installation; if the member has a flat or unsafe tire you will install their spare tire (if possible)
- Jump Start; a battery boost will be provided to the member in an attempt to start their vehicle.
- Battery Installation; if the battery tests bad or the member wants the battery replaced you will be trained to safely remove their old battery and properly install a new Premium AAA Battery.
-You will also be required, at our expense, to properly maintain your assigned vehicle, its equipment & tools, and manage our battery inventory in the State College office.

Experience

Success in a Customer Service role is ideal.

Mechanical/Automotive repair experience is not necessary but can be helpful.

You will be thoroughly & properly trained and have support from our Automotive Services team.
