We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing quality care to our inpatient psychiatry patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Assess patient's mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient progress and document in the medical record.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
