We are needing to add a versatile and compassionate RN to our clinical team. This nurse will be trained in both the Clinic and Infusion RN roles.

The Clinic RN role assists the providers in patient care. They will have a direct 1:1 relationship with our providers. We are a strong and caring team and are looking for candidates with the same attributes. Our patients typically have chronic disease that necessitate frequent visits and monitoring. This allows most of our staff and patients to share a long-term relationship. At Chi Arthritis, we strive to provide a Specialized Caring.

The infusion nurse is a resource, advocate, and collaborator. Our infusion therapy patients are seen on a routine basis, as most are given their medications every 4-6 weeks. Because of the frequency of their needed medications, our staff develops a strong bond with them, and our infusion nurse becomes the face of our practice for them.

Infusion nurses ensure that patients receiving intravenous (IV) therapy receive care that is appropriate for the therapy ordered, from choosing an appropriate infusion device to the management of that device as well as monitoring and evaluating the patient’s response to the IV therapy.

We know that it takes a nurse that is skilled with IV insertion and infusion techniques to be a good infusion nurse. We also know that the softer skills of patient care, like listening and caring, are of upmost importance.

We will be hiring 2+ RNs for the clinic, so if you have a good friend at work, we would consider hiring you both. This team will report to our local admin and work directly with a strong APRN on a daily basis. We will have our Rheumatologist, Dr. Jasen Chi, rotating thru the location weekly, while we recruit an anchor rheumatologist from or for the area. With the Clinic expected to be very busy, soon, we would also consider Part-time or PRN RNs for roles as well.

We provide much-needed care for our current and future patients. There is an extreme need for Rheumatology services to be expanded in NorthWest AR. We are excited to be able to bring top-quality care to the area. We currently have locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Hot Springs and Russellville. We work 7am to 6pm - 4 days of the week, with a scheduled 3-day weekend every week. There will be no call, nights or weekend work. Most of our current nurses have worked hospital RN jobs and love our schedule, with no call or assigned weekends. We close for all of the major holidays.
