Durgin Pines is hiring a Registered Nurse(RN) to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing.

The ADON is responsible for the educational needs of our nursing staff, providing ongoing staff development. The ADON also serves as the infection preventionist within the Facility. The ADON works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing to oversee the Nursing staff and ensure that care is delivered in accordance to Federal and State guidelines and meets the needs of our residents.

We are looking for a Nurse who possesses outstanding organizational and communication skills. We require five years experience as a registered nurse. Experience in long term care and PCC preferred.
