Patient Service Representative – Full Time

Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the voice on the phone and the smiling face as
patients enter our busy clinic. Professional and friendly customer service is very important to our
team. Duties:

• Greet patients, on the phone and in person
• Register new patients and schedule appointments
• Input patient registration, billing and charge information into our database
• Follow through on inquiries and assist other parts of the clinic – we are a team!
  

Requirements:

• Amazing customer service skills

• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
• The ability to work Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
• Two years of medical office experience is a plus but not a requirement
• You must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill set or education.
