We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team at an authorized Metro by T-Mobile dealer store. Experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers who visit the store or call inquiring about products and services offered by Metro by T-Mobile
• Understand customers' needs and recommend the best solutions and plans that meet their requirements
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and up-selling
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience for customers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and resolve them efficiently and effectively
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and contracts
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products, services, and promotions offered by Metro by T-Mobile
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Participate in store training programs and meetings

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
