- Applicants must be clean-cut and professional.
- Must pass a background check.
- Be enthusiastic/High Energy.
- Be available to work weekends.
- Be available to work some evenings.
- Team Player.
- Self-Starter.
- Bilingual a Plus.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Interact with customers and ensure they are fully satisfied with El Motor City as it relates to SPEED, QUALITY, and HOSPITALITY.
- Process customer's request for service, offer benefits of Unlimited Memberships, sell Unlimited Memberships within 30-60 seconds.
- Candidates should be physically able to work on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Learn El Motor City's Service Menu and Unlimited Script.
Additional Duties:
- Continue to have a creative mind and offer ideas on how to increase memberships and revenue.
Benefits:
- Full-time team members can elect into medical insurance and accrue Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Paid Vacation. 1-year employment 1 week.

Compensation:
- $10 hr. + Commissions.
