Qualifications include:

• Current Illinois RN/LPN license in good standing

• Previous experience as a Restorative Nurse in a skilled nursing facility setting

• Must have in-depth knowledge of the Restorative Department, including regulations, the survey process, assessments, restorative procedures, documentation, the MDS, staffing, etc.

• Should be able to work in collaboration with the Restorative Aides and the department management team

• Must be able to help with educating the rehab team with any new procedures

• Must be able to work full-time hours, including manager on duty weekend rotation

• Must be computer literate

• Able to meet deadlines

• Current CPR certification
