Residential Remodeling Project Manager

Bulski Building & Remodeling was established in 2015 and has seen continuous growth over the past 7 years. This family based home remodeler seeks an experienced residential remodeling project manager. Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless transition from beginning to project completion.
• Manage all aspects of the renovation projects including ordering of materials, work orders, develop project schedules, inspections during various construction phases, monitoring permits, and daily oversight of subcontractors.
• Schedule job site visits of all jobs that are under construction and provide daily updates to customers and CRM system.

• Oversee the construction schedule, budget and ensure the project is completed within deadline and budget.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in residential home remodeling with finish carpentry experience preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of general construction with a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

• Knowledge of construction practices and labor costs in construction, plus a good knowledge of the uses and costs of materials.
• MUST be a team player! It is vital to our company’s success that we work together and communicate effectively to maintain a cohesive team.
• Strong communication skills. Must be able to assess and accommodate to each person’s specific communication style.

• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive other Microsoft apps, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high quality standard.
