As a Residential Property Manager with PMI Central Iowa, you will be part of a team responsible for a large portfolio in a high volume property management organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with accounting team to maintain rent rolls and bank balances
- Market, show and lease rental properties
- Oversee maintenance coordinator to negotiate, and manage maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants
- Work with tenants and property owners to prepare and execute new leases and lease renewals
- Contribute to the growth of PMI Central Iowa
- Ensure properties are in compliance with city and state regulations
- Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners
- Ability to oversee physical inspection of properties
- Current Iowa Real Estate license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
- Attention to detail and processes
- High energy and upbeat

- Ability to deal with high pressure situations when working with tenants, property owners, & vendors
- Able to execute solution orienting actions to quickly resolve concerns
- Willingness to grow with the business
- Ability to oversee multiple high priority tasks and events simultaneously

- Able to complete projects of high difficulty with little supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly competent with current technology and able to learn new technology quickly
- Propertyware and/or Rentvine software experience A PLUS!
