Our contracting firm focuses on residential construction and remodeling. Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and our commitment to the use of sustainable high-quality materials. We are looking for a Residential Project Manager with similar values and beliefs who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our building initiatives. Experience with both new construction (additions) and remodeling projects/ practices will make you an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once and communicating efficiently with upper managment and directly with our clients.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
-Manage job sites for both new construction(additions) and remodeling projects
-Create schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed
-Work with full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each project
-Manage preset budgets for each project, including supplies, materials and labor
-Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
-Pursue continuing education in project management and common building practices
-Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
-Maintain constant communication with clients through entire construction process
-Any other responsibility required by management
Job Qualifications and Skills
-5+ years' experience in construction
-3+ years' experience in a construction jobsite supervisory capacity
-Extensive experience with remodeling projects preferred
-Working knowledge of construction means and methods highly desirable
-Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bilingual a plus
Benefits:
Potential of up to $3500 sign on bonus after 180 days of employment.
10 days of PTO given after 90 days of employment.

Pay: $53,402.80 - $71,825.18 per year
