New Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

The Plumbing Supervisor is an expert Plumber who leads, motivates, monitors, and supervises Plumbers to ensure their quality of work.

Essential Functions

Oversee the work of plumbers

Ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and to code.

Maintain communication with Construction Managers, Company Management and Office

Requirements and Skills

· Strong leadership skills and a clear understanding of how to manage people and jobs effectively.

· Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple communities.

· Some office computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Self-Motivated

· Read and comprehend schematics, blueprints, and various drawings.

· Oversee job installation and inspection to completion.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in New Construction Plumbing

· Valid Driver’s License, with clean driving record

· Ability to manage stressful situations and multitask.

· Willing to learn and expand knowledge of plumbing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,350.00 per week
