About the Role:

The Resident Services Director is responsible for organizing and managing care and services for residents of the assigned communities in accordance with Federal and State regulations and established corporate policies and procedures. The Resident Services Director will also provide care and services as needed.

Job Duties:

• Plan organize and direct resident services staff to provide high-quality care and services for all residents.
• Ensure all resident RN assessments are completed as required by State, Federal, and local regulations and Operating Guidelines.
• Provides teaching and delegation of nursing tasks to unlicensed Med Techs to assure compliance with State and Federal regulations and The Oregon Board of Nursing Guidelines.
• Follows established policies and procedures to assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Operating Guidelines.
• Evaluate care and services provided by resident services staff. Make changes and corrective action plans when needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• licensed by the state of Oregon as a registered nurse.
• One or more years of demonstrated ability in nursing administration and/or supervision in a health community.
• Must have an acceptable Criminal Record Clearance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to apply basic principles of nursing care and teaching.
