DREAM is looking for a ROCKSTAR customer service professional to manage the needs of our prospects and residents for our multifamily community. This individual will be highly skilled in hospitality, retail, and the service fields, understanding the importance of creating WOW experiences and resolving customer needs. This individual will manage the correspondence from prospective residents, consultatively selling the best features of our apartment community remotely so that it stands out from the rest, and effectively manage the resident lifecycle process.
We provide an amazing lifestyle for our residents, and want to bring in a new team member who can generate interest, close a lease, and make sure our current resident base is well taken care of. You will need to be organized with excellent communication and problem solving skills, and a passion for sales, marketing and to work with people.
Successful candidates in this position have a background in hospitality, sales, customer service, retail and/or real estate, and those with property management experience of at least one year is preferred.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- 1+ year customer service experience is preferred
- Hospitality/sales/leasing/retail/real estate experience is preferred
- Multifamily experience is preferred
- Must represent & promote our core values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid leasing and marketing skills
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
- This team member will join the DREAM Team to handle all resident and prospect needs, including qualifying, leasing vacant apartments, and working with all existing resident needs.
- Delivering WOW: This role will identify the needs of clients, while assisting and providing a solution that not only coincides with the goals of the community but is essential to the retention of each community. Heavy focus on "saves”, apps sent/received, touring, appointment set up, and a smooth move-in
- Convert prospective leads to tours by using DLP tools and systems, and become confident and comfortable in touring apartment homes
- Knowledgeable and proficient in drafting leases and addendums
- Work closely, communicate, and respect clients, residents, vendors, prospects and team members
- Consistent communication with Community Managers
- Resident Retention Check-ins weekly, and within 24 hours of new move-in
- Create urgency & excitement with prospects for leasing opportunities
- Follow up on leads, manage all leads through the guest card process, and communicate with them weekly
- Maintain and update the system at all times
- Maintain goals, expectations and time management structure
- Attend & participate in all meetings and trainings
