part-time
Resident Relations Representative!
Resident Relations Representatives provide
high-quality support to
all residents and visitors of
Uptown Rental Properties by:
- Acting as first point of contact for residents and visitors, while providing the highest quality of service
- Connecting residents and prospective residents with proper parties to ensure their issues are resolved and questions are answered quickly and accurately
- Liaising between Property Management Teams and residents to ensure a positive resident experience
- Responding to incoming calls and emails, transferring to the relevant party when necessary
- Receiving and distributing mail to internal departments, collecting, organizing and releasing resident mail and packages
- Facilitating the move-in process by ensuring keys, parking passes and other documentation is ready for pick-up
- Completing the opening and closing office duties
Resident Relations Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Schedule flexibility with weekend hours
- Professional appearance
Resident Relations Representative
Part-Time Schedule:
- 9 am-6 pm
- Rotating schedule
- Every other weekend availability required
Compensation: $12/hr
