Hearten House:
Full Time Benefits:
68.5 hours / two week pay period working PM shift; includes weekend and on-call rotations

Part Time:
13 hours PM shift; includes weekend and on-call rotations

27 hours/two week pay period working AM/PM shifts; includes weekend and on-call rotations

Casual Call

• Casual call positions work three shifts per month, one holiday per year, and participate in the every 4th weekend on-call rotation.

Shift Times:

• AM: 6:45am-2:15pm; 7:30am-2:30pm
• PM: 2:00pm-9:00pm; 3:45pm-11:15pm
• NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am

About the Position:
Come join our care-giving team! The work you do with us is meaningful and worthwhile at Hearten House in La Crosse! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Assistants serving the residents of our 12-unit memory care home.

Being a Resident Care Assistant is not just a job, it is a meaningful experience that goes beyond a paycheck. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal cares, activities of daily living, and social activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible. Responsibilities include medication administration, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.

Requirements:

• If under 18 years of age, we can assist in getting a waiver to work.
• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay:

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience
• CBRF Certification(s)

Our Wages:

• Our starting rate is between $16.50 and $19.50 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $0.75/hr PM, $3.00/hr NOC, Plus weekend shift differential as well as on-call and pick up incentives.
