Our Technicians are problem solvers who specialize in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including cell phones, computers, laptops, game consoles, cameras, and much more.

We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
