Overview of Role

QBS is a fast-growing company, and the recertification team is critical to its success. As a recertification team member, the Recertification Specialist is responsible for managing the annual recertification process for customers in an assigned region. Your key area of responsibility will be scheduling and coordinating all aspects of recertification classes, including identifying customers requiring recertification, determining the best dates and locations for classes, and securing class locations. You will be a dependable resource to our customers and work closely with our Regional Sales Managers to coordinate the course schedule for maximum efficiency of travel.

Job Duties & Expectations

  • Schedule and coordinate all recertification classes for your region
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and maintain the company’s scheduling and customer management system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Understand and be able to present the company’s line up of products’ features and benefits
  • Identify who needs recertification with ample lead time (4-8 months in advance)
  • Notify/Remind all customers about the required recertification process
  • Schedule new recertification dates in coordination with the broader scheduling team
  • Answer all phone calls and emails from current customers
  • Work to solicit new trainers from existing customers to fill new trainer and recertification classes
  • Support and assist salesperson for your territory

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of fast-paced business environment scheduling and coordinating
  • 0+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and organization skills 
  • Ability to learn the current crisis prevention trends/products in the marketplace
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding established goals while managing multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to be self-directed and prioritize
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English Language

Pay: $47,000.00 per year (plus bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
