Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Adaptable)
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Agent who is adaptable and able to work on different campaigns ranging from customer service to lead generation. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for meeting metrics and engaging with callers in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed
- Asking qualifying questions to determine eligibility for product/service
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Adapting to different campaigns and procedures as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different campaigns
- Proficient in using a computer and navigating multiple systems
- Must have a quiet workspace and all necessary equipment including:
- USB Headset
- Windows 10 or higher or Mac OS X 10.11 or higher, 8GB Ram 250 GB Hard-Drive space
- Hard-wired internet connection with speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
- Webcam (required for training),
This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $13/hr plus ATTENDANCE BONUS, PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS, and CASH SPIFFS. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different campaigns, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
