JOB SUMMARY

Order all products for bathrooms after the job has been approved by management.

Plan for product acquisition on a timetable that encourages just-in-time inventory.

Match packing list with order sheet to verify correct product was ordered and is received.

Verify material is correct in the shop after job folder is in "Received " stage.

This will include verifying the order sheet against the contract.

Process:

Job Duties

• Maintains vendor relationships to help company acquire all products necessary to complete jobs per specifications.
• For each job sold, creating a job materials list from the contract, tech, and management team.
• Maintain vendor relationships to help company acquire all products necessary to complete jobs per specifications.
• Acquires the necessary permits needed to keep jobs compliant within the law.
• Order all products for projects after the job is sold.
• Plan for product acquisition on a timetable that encourages just-in-time inventory.
• Verify material is correct in the shop after job folder is in "Received " stage, oversee warehouse coordinator in verification of received materials.
• Prepare schedule for new installs, POMs, and PSW work, including forecasting.
• Works together with the Director of Revenue and Operations to verify timing of installation of all jobs.
