The Registered Nurse hourly rate is up to $26.00 an hour!
Heritage Pointe in beautiful Doylestown, PA is looking for Full and Part time Registered Nurses to join our Team!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
- The RN administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
- The RN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- The Registered Nurse reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
- The Registered Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- The RN assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- The RN observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
- The Registered Nurse records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
- The Registered Nurse maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
- The RN assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
