Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Assistant Nurse Manager Perioperative Services to our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators at Johnson Memorial Hospital. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing exceptional treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Work Hours/Shift:
Full-Time
40 hours per week
Day shift
Will cover both Johnson Memorial in Stafford Springs, CT and Johnson Surgery Center in Enfield, CT.
You Will Be Responsible For :
Exceptional Patient Care : Ensures that care is delivered with respect for individuals’ rights and preferences.
Excellent Analyst : Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of health care for the critical care patient. Accountable for quality initiatives for core measures, ACT initiatives and patient satisfaction
Continued Professional Growth: Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling personnel. Assignments reflect appropriate utilization of personnel, considering scope of practice, competencies, patient/client/resident needs, and complexity of care.
Demonstrates Clinical Competency: Coordinates nursing care with other health care disciplines, and assists in integrating services across the continuum of health care. Supports the Care Coordination model.
Requirements :
Education : ADN in Nursing required, BSN and/or Masters in Nursing preferred.
Experience: Five years of progressive nursing experience in an acute care environment, with progressive leadership opportunities.
Licensure: Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license
Certification: Nursing Administration and/or clinical specialty certification preferred.
