Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Home Health Administrator and the Director of Nursing (DON) the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services to patients in the home care setting within The Villages and Leesburg, FL.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, or equivalent

· 1-3 years’ experience, home health experience preferred, but not required

· Current Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Florida

· Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Alivia Care insurance carrier, and reliable transportation

· Current Auto Insurance coverage

· Current CPR certification

· Level II AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration Background Screening

· Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Skilled at:

· Strong communication skills with ability to listen

· Ability to communicate and articulate Alivia Care services and benefits to medical professionals in a clear and concise manner

· Excellent presentation skills for both small and large audiences

· Ability to work autonomously yet support the needs of Alivia Care and your fellow team members

· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Sales Force automation systems

· Track record of success at self-driven sales (medical service related)

Medical Clearance

· Employees must have medical clearance for communicable diseases before direct patient contact

· Provide Covid-19 vaccination card with all required OSHA and CMS guidelines

· Current immunizations including but not limited to TB, Hepatitis, and Flu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
