Haven Home Health is looking for a RN - Registered Nurse in Gallup, NM.

We want multiple registered nurse(s) [RN] with experience providing top notch care.

Position details for Registered Nurses RN

· RN Pay $45/HR

· RN Shift: 25 hours per week - 5 hours per day M-F

RN Responsibilities

· The RN is to Provide health care services in patients residence

· The RN is to Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital

· The RN is to Administer simple prescribed medications

· The RN is to Assist with clients personal care activities

· The RN is to Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition

· The RN is to Maintain patients care records and document provided services

· The RN is to Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

· The RN is to Collect routine specimens

· The RN is to Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Requirements/Skills

• RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (required)
• Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
• Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
• Valid CPR Card
