Job Title: Registered Nurse (LTC)

Location: Loveland, CO

Job Type: 13-week contract

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Long-Term Care facility and be comfortable working with a variety of patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring patient's health status
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Providing patient education and support
• Documenting patient care in electronic medical records

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a Long-Term Care facility
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
