Regional Sales Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • Sales personality wanted: You are responsible for your existing customers, their continued development and for the expansion of new customer business for the Swiss market.
  • Customer focused: You team effectively with the available partners to drive the business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinking: You engage with prospects and organizations as well as with your clients to strengthen Serrala and its´ solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Transfer Know-How: You generate, qualify and develop business opportunities from your own activities (Social, Tele, F2F, Partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads.
  • Leadership: You coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, build business cases (what problem do we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFP`S.


Your profile:

  • Solid background: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business & management or similar and already experience with Direct Sales of enterprise software solutions? Perfect!
  • Extraordinary drive: You stand out for your sales skills in Prospecting, Cross-Selling, Pipeline Development and Opportunity Closing? Match!
  • Market intelligence: You are an expert in the Swiss financial market, identifying customer needs and using your existing network to reach your targets? Let's talk!
  • Traveler: You will be expected to travel approximately 40% of your working time.
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent communication skills, strategic selling and presentation skills in German as well as in English, which help you to capture new markets and new customers? Great!
