Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of sales executives, ensuring that team performance is meeting or exceeding budget expectations. The role will be responsible for the on-boarding, coaching, training and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.

This job is all about:
- Leading and coaching a team of sales executives, setting clear expectations of performance/ conduct and measuring against this in order to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Assist with the hiring needs of the team, conduct interviews and support the hiring processes in close collaboration with the Talent Team
- Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive/ the team and prepare regular sales forecasts for Sales Managers
- Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve
- Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region
People who are successful in the role:
- Minimum 1 year inside sales management experience with strong leadership skills, the able to build and structure multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it
- Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space
- Able to set targets and achieve or exceed them
- Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures
