For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law Firm
Responsibilities include:
- Support the initiatives of the Recruiting Department; including summer associate and new attorney recruiting, the implementation of the summer associate program, and campus outreach;
- Schedule interviews and prepare any interview materials;
- Administrate correspondence with candidates;
- Manage the entry, maintenance, and auditing of candidate and departmental data;
- Assist with school-specific campus outreach; including tracking of sponsorships and student group activities;
- Attend and support Firm-wide events;
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required;
- Strong administrative skills;
- Ability to work independently and organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities;
- Must be a self-starter that is eager for responsibility;
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
